Editorial Policy
As of 2026-10-21
AIO TechBlog covers AI, web development, DevOps and open-source software. This page explains how our articles are researched, written, checked and published, and what you can expect from us.
Our promise
Every article is reviewed by a human editor before it is published. We use AI to help draft and organize articles, but no article goes live without an editor's approval. When an article was written with AI assistance, we say so at the top of the article.
How an article is made
- Topic selection. We start from public sources such as RSS feeds, Hacker News and Reddit. We prioritize stories and questions that matter to developers, engineers and technical decision-makers.
- Source reading. We read the original material: official documentation, release notes, research papers, and company announcements. Where a secondary report is the only source available, we say so.
- Drafting. An AI model drafts the article from a written brief based on those sources. The brief sets the angle, the questions the article must answer and the target length.
- Automated checks. Every draft must pass checks for structure, readability, formatting, citations and length. Drafts that fail are not published.
- Editor review. A human editor checks each claim against its source, corrects errors, removes anything the sources do not support, and rewrites sections that are unclear.
- Approval and publication. An editor approves the article before it is published. Our publishing system never publishes an article automatically.
- Translation. Our Vietnamese articles are based on the approved English article. Each language version is reviewed and approved separately.
Sources and citations
- We link to the sources behind facts, figures, dates and quotations.
- Each article is expected to cite at least three sources for its main claims.
- Quotations are checked against the original text.
- Numbers, dates, prices and benchmark results are checked against their source before publication.
- When sources disagree or a claim cannot be confirmed, we say so in the article instead of picking one version silently.
Use of AI
- AI helps with drafting, summarizing and organizing material. It does not decide what is true. Editors check every factual claim against its source.
- AI-assisted articles carry a notice at the top of the page that says they were written with AI assistance and reviewed by a human editor.
- We do not publish invented sources, quotations or statistics. If an editor cannot verify a claim, it is removed or marked as unconfirmed.
Images
- We record the source and license of every cover image.
- Images come from free-to-use photo libraries, from AI image tools, or from images we hold the rights to. Where a source requires credit, the credit appears under the image.
- We do not use an image whose license we cannot confirm.
Affiliate links and sponsorship
Some links on AIO TechBlog are affiliate links. If you buy through one of them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never change what we recommend or how we judge a product. Where we are paid to feature something, the article says so clearly.
Corrections and updates
- If we get a fact wrong, we correct the article. Significant corrections are noted at the top of the article, with the date of the change.
- We update articles when the facts change, and we say when an update is significant.
- If you think an article contains an error, please tell us at admin@aio-soft.com. We review every report.
